By accessing or using BioLEX, all users agree to comply with the following Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy, and governing legal framework.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BioLEX Digital Platform, users agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. Continued use constitutes your ongoing acceptance of any updates to these Terms.

Purpose of the Platform

BioLEX is a digital system designed to support educational and developmental needs, including:

Section 1.3

Not a Medical or Clinical Service

Important: BioLEX is not a substitute for professional clinical evaluation. All results must be interpreted by qualified professionals.

BioLEX does not provide:

  • Medical diagnosis of any kind
  • Psychiatric diagnosis
  • Psychological therapy or counseling
  • Emergency mental health services
Section 1.4

Eligible Users

Access to BioLEX is restricted to authorized users:

  • Schools and educational institutions
  • Teachers and school leaders
  • Counselors and psychologists
  • Authorized health or education professionals
  • Parents or legal guardians (with consent)

All users must be at least 18 years old or operate under valid institutional authorization.

User Responsibilities

All registered users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all student data
  • Use reports ethically and professionally
  • Protect and not share login credentials
  • Comply with all child safeguarding standards
Section 1.6

Prohibited Uses

Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account termination.

Users may not:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer platform tools or algorithms
  • Copy or resell any BioLEX materials or content
  • Use the platform for any discriminatory purpose or to cause harm
  • Upload false, misleading, or fabricated data

Account Suspension

BioLEX reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms without prior notice.

Modifications to Terms

BioLEX may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in law, platform features, or operational requirements. Continued use following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Violation of this policy may result in account termination.

Disclaimer

BioLEX tools support educational decision-making. They do not replace clinical evaluation and must always be interpreted alongside professional judgment.

BioLEX is not liable for any decisions made solely on the basis of automated outputs generated by the platform without appropriate professional oversight.

Section 8

Intellectual Property Policy

All platform components are the exclusive intellectual property of BioLEX, including:

  • Software and source code
  • Algorithms and models
  • Assessment frameworks
  • Training materials
  • Report formats and templates
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of any BioLEX content is strictly prohibited.
